Breathe and Meditate Workshop

Refresh and quiet your mind.   It can be done, with the practice of pranayama, breath control and sitting with a pointed focus to still the mind.  Come and practice deep stillness, a mental rest that you deserve.  Sami Aaron, who specializes in teaching breathing techniques and I, a meditator since 1974, have been teaching this workshop for over two years around the KC area.  We are pleased to return to Zona Yoga on Saturday, February 11, from 2:30-4:30.
